Customer Care resources

The Online Community
The member-only online Community website is for sharing knowledge and ideas, completing e-learning courses and certifications, accessing product job aids and technical documentation, and creating/managing Customer Care tickets. The site includes the Education portal. Sign up for the Community to engage with and get answers from an active community of GHX customers and product experts.

User Documentation
All GHX products have Help systems that provide step-by-step instructions on using our solutions. Access these resources from within GHX products by clicking Help. There you can also find printable versions of Help, current release notes, and a link to the GHX online Community.


Online Courses
Many GHX products have interactive online courses, designed for those who are new to GHX solutions as well as for experienced users looking for a refresher. Access these courses in the Education portal, within the online Community.

Demonstrate Mastery with GHX Certifications
Certification programs are available for many GHX provider products and select supplier products. Log in to the Community to access the Education portal and select the certification learning path for the desired product. Certification learning paths contain interactive courses and a final exam. Once certified, download your certificate of completion.
While you can review and retake courses after completion, GHX product certifications are not annual offerings. When a product undergoes significant change, the learning path (courses and exam) will be completely updated and you will be required to take the new path to retain your certified status.
