Customer Care Resources

  GHX Community
GHX users are encouraged to sign up for the member-only Community website. Once sign up is complete, login with your Community-specific credentials to share knowledge, create/manage Customer Care tickets, access the Education Portal for elearning courses, product job aids, product release notes and technical documentation.  

  Help Systems for Users 
All GHX products offer a “Help” system where users will find step-by-step instructions for using the product. Simply click Help from within your GHX product. There you can also find printable versions of Help, current release notes and a link to the GHX online Community. 

  Product eLearning 
Many GHX products have interactive elearning courses, designed for those who are new to GHX solutions — as well as for experienced users looking for a refresher. Simply click Education from within the online Community.
